Die Wurzelstücke sind in der angegebenen Zeit bei mir angekommen. Leider war die Verpackung nicht so gut, sodass alle Stückchen zerquetscht wurden, zudem sind die Stücken für den Preis sehr klein. Ich habe daraufhin den Verkäufer kontaktiert und das Problem geschildert. Als Antwort habe ich nur eine standardisierte Pflanzenleitung bekommen. Eingepflanzt habe ich sie trotzdem, aber wie zu erwarten ist keines der 5 Stücken angewachsen.

I waited many months for a product that I never received. I initially requested a replacement rather than a refund, but after filing a complaint, the company processed a refund immediately. While I appreciate the quick refund after the complaint, the lack of communication and the long delay without delivery was disappointing.
