    Average:

    The vast majority of the sugar maple seeds I purchased are empty. I would say about 80-90%. They are just empty shells with nothing inside, so they're just a waste of time since there is nothing there that can germinate. This also happened last year. I bought the seeds again this year hoping that they would be fresher this time. I think that there should be some sort of quality control to check if the seeds are viable before selling them at a premium price ($0.40/seed?). I don't think Ninaseeds should keep selling this type of seeds if most of them are defective. I asked for a refund, but the help request went unanswered.
